Can not be better. Attention is given at the smallest detail. The hotels’ standards are absolutely top . The service is impeccable. Awesome hotel. Loved our stay. Pool, bar, gym and spa are fabulous. Wonderful room. Excellent facilities. Service and details are thoughtful and well considered. Star lovely but not many speak English.

it is a great place to stay. The only disappointment we had throughout the stay was the lack of proper AC in the gala party organized for the carnival. Hard to understand why they would not invest in some additional equipment for such a great & expensive event.

Nice and clean hotel. Wish there was a little more to do. Besides restaurant are good and enjoyable. Most of the staff is nice and friendly. Leo at check in was amazing and went above and beyond for our kids and gave us a very sweet welcome to the hotel and Brazil!

Reservem as suítes de frente para a piscina!
estadia no Belmond é garantia de tudo de bom.. como casal, já nos hospedamos mais de 10 vezes... mas essa foi a primeira vez que reservamos o quarto no edifício anexo (são os quartos/suítes que aparecem como "vista para avenida e/ou vista para a piscina). A suíte para a piscina é maravilhosa demais.. vale demais, se compararmos com as suites de frente para o mar e as da cobertura.. Outro ponto importante: no café da manhã, os folhados estão impecáveis... os melhores dos últimos 15 anos que frequentamos o hotel... O único ponto fraco e muito comum mesmo em hoteis 5 estrelas é o café coado (ainda não entendemos como não investem em cafés especiais... há excelentes consultores / torrefadores de cafés brasileiros de altíssimo nível). Enfim, nós sempre levamos nosso próprio café na mala para evitar esse dissabor.
