Quiet studio for up to 4 people in the Ipanema neighborhood. Located 700 meters from Ipanema beach and 600 meters from Copacabana beach, it is a great option for a couple with children or a small group of friends. Banks, restaurants and metro station just a few minutes walk from the building. Family building and 24-hour concierge.

35sqm studio divided into bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom with double bed, double sofa bed, SmartTV, bench with 3 chairs, ceiling fan, air conditioning, refrigerator and wardrobe. Compact kitchen (kitchennet) with 1-burner induction stove, microwave and basic cooking utensils. Bathroom with gas heated shower for your greatest comfort.

Wi-fi internet and cable TV with basic channels included in the price.

Copacabana is one of the best known neighborhoods in the world, famous for its mosaic on the seafront promenade, attracting thousands of local and international tourists throughout the year.
