The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very delicious. Close to the shopping area and the beach. The elevator is bit too slow for the capacity of persons staying at this hotel.

The room was a little bit tight, there is not enough space or maybe, furniture for luggage or clean clothes. The bed were confortable, pillows need renovation. Patio view is no view at all. Staff was very kind, very respectful. The breakfast was ok, but the same. Again, staff very good at their work.

Breakfast and waiters are excellent. Property is advertising the renovated rooms but when you arrive they give you an outdated 1970s room. They only hace renovated 1 bed rooms, but advertise the other that doesn’t exist.

El baño no tiene mantenimiento, tenia moho, el drenaje del lavamanos estaba obstruido, costaba que se fuera el agua, la caja fuerte no tenia puerta, las toallas estaban bien depreciadas y las camas hacian ruido

Otimo hotel proximo a praia de Copacabana e fácil acesso pra ir para outras, comercio do lado do hotel, atendimento muito bom da recepção, limpeza, cafe da manha. Quarto limpo, ar condicionado novo, banheiro limpo, chuveiro super regulado quente e frio. Cafe da manha muito bom, tudo quentinho e fresco. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Excelente estadia’

Tivemos uma ótima experiência! A acomodação é confortável, com cama boa e roupas de cama e banho sempre limpas e cheirosas. O atendimento foi excelente do início ao fim — todos muito solícitos e gentis. Um cuidado que fez toda a diferença: esquentaram a comida da minha bebê todos os dias com muito carinho. O café da manhã é delicioso, com o básico feito com capricho e várias opções diferentes a cada dia. O chuveiro é MARAVILHOSO (difícil encontrar igual!). O quarto era limpo e arrumado diariamente, sempre com um cheirinho ótimo. Também adoramos a estrutura: Wi-Fi bom, TV smart com vários apps já instalados, e tomadas 110V e 220V (todas identificadas) tanto no quarto quanto no banheiro. A localização é excelente: perto de tudo (tudo mesmo!) e a poucos metros da praia. Há ainda um espaço em frente ao hotel que facilita bastante o embarque e desembarque de Uber. Recomendo muito!

Boa localização e ótimo café da manhã, mas dos 4 dias que fiquei, 2 não tinha wi-fi no quarto! Na primeira noite já pedi para verificarem e só foram arrumar no terceiro dia! Não abriram o chamado para o tecnico vir 2x! Só na terceira reclamação que resolveram, mas ja havia se passado 2 dias! Nosso apto era embaixo do restaurante, ou seja, 6h30 da manhã já tinha barulho de mesa e cadeira sendo arrastadas. O gerente Vinicius foi muito atencioso, apesar de afirmar q só recebeu nossa reclamação do wi-fi depois de 2 dias.
