“I enjoyed the stay. The home was in a good central location for where I wanted to go while in PR. The room was clean. Easy to check in. The room had everything I needed. A hot plate to cook, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and mouthwash, parking, and more. Definitely worth the price. I’d stay here again.”

“The view at this place will not disappoint you!! There is also a huge pool and access to the beach just across the street which was super convenient. Within 5 minutes of me being there I managed to turn the wrong thing on the door lock causing it to not lock. I message Rafael and he called me instantly to help me resolve the lock situation. He was so kind and patient while I figured it out. The staff was also friendly. I would definitely recommend his place.”

“Such a perfect apartment in the heart of Luquillo! There is an ocean view from every window, and the balcony is a lovely place to relax. Rios was great with communication, texting us check-in instructions and things to do during our visit. We traveled with our toddler and Rios provided a crib for him. It was also nice to have an elevator with our stroller. The apartment was spotless and the air conditioning worked very well (a must in July). The main Luquillo beach was under 10 minutes away by……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Rios was very communicative and helpful. The information in the automated email was a little different from what he text me, so make sure to follow the communication that comes directly from the host. When we arrived, it seemed the housekeepers maybe switched the keys with a different property as they didn’t fit in our lock. I messaged Rios and he called me back immediately on how to get in with his backup keys. The condo was beautiful and the bed was……

“This apartment was amazing! Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The owner stocked the apt with just about everything you need…beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc. The location is also perfect as it’s 15 min away from El Yunque Rainforest and we def a couple hikes there and a 5 min drive to Luquillo beach for a different beach. Probably the best place we have ever stayed!!”

“Hot water valve in shower was nearly inoperable. Glass in cabinet door over refrigerator fell out when opening due to poor retention of glass (screws apear to be too small and pulled out). Broken glass cut my foot and require first aid. Sliding door to patio was terrible..wouldn't lock and kept coming out of the guide track. Internet was spotty last two days.”

“We checked into the property and immediately discovered a very large spider on the wall beside the bed in the main bedroom. For the comfort and safety of our family, we chose not to stay. We notified the host immediately, leaving the property completely untouched and immaculate within minutes of arrival. The host refused to offer a cancellation or a refund. Host only offered to send someone to remove the spider, but since it was already late in the evening, waiting around in the dark for someone……
