「The home and entire property were wonderful. Spectacular views of the ocean and Coronado beach. 「We enjoyed our stay at Villa Serenidad with its gorgeous view in a safe, quiet location and a short drive to restaurants and stores. The villa is beautiful and roomy, but it needs some attention inside and out before it falls into disrepair. The maintenance issues are minor, with the biggest issue being the raised deck at the end of the pool - it is a safety hazard as it is falling apart. 「Gorgeous property with beautiful views, wonderful outdoor space and extremely comfortable, spacious and well appointed indoor space. Very stylish decor. Lots of rooms and bathrooms which was perfect for our group of 7 women. A little isolated if you don't have a car but - will definitely rent a car next time. Host was extremely responsive and easy to get hold of. 」

But we had many maintenance issues: we had no hot water and the water heater had to be replaced: the electricity to the washer/dryer didn't work and was replaced with an extention cord. The front door literally "fell off". the hinges. A cabinet door was about to fall off. The manager was prompt and apologetic, but we had too many problems to give a top rating. The area is great. 「Todo estuvo perfecto, solo pienso que si deben controlar un poco las personas que se hospedan en las cabañas, ejemplo: todas las cabañas que estábamos eramos familias con niños solo una donde todos eran jóvenes, esa cabaña tenia música y bulla hasta altas horas de la noche y aunque varios de las otras cabañas fuimos a decirles nunca pararon y no había nadie en recepción para que hiciera algo.」

「While most of the property is pretty nice, the listing is misleading. Our biggest complaint is that the 3rd bedroom is only accessible via an exterior stair. This is where our kids were going to sleep and that fact made it impossible so they were stuck on the pull-out coach (4th bedroom).
