“La habitación dista mucho de las fotos, es una habitación descuidada, la cama es una piedra y la regadera está mal hecha y se inunda, lo rescatable es la comunicación con el personal, pero evitaría que pasen la mala experiencia. ”

“The place had a beautiful view and it looked great, but we booked an apartment with lake view, and we were given a different one, which didn’t match the pictures. They kindly accommodated us in a different one but then we had to move again which wasn’t ideal. Both apartments were not in great shape, cheap materials that were/got broken during our stay. However the staff were super nice and helped us when we needed it.”

“cuando la cantidad hace perder la calidad ,fue la segunda vez que me alojo ,y la calidad de comunicación con el huesped no es buena ,el personal está saturado ,no tiene buenos modales el desayuno corresponde a un hotel de dos o tre estrellas ,no volveré y no lo recomindo ,es un hotel popular de apenas 3 estrellas .”
