“New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.”

No complaints other than the drapes in front room, and dining area had over a foot of material resting on the floor, easily covering up heating vents - health/fire hazard? Outside the house, the yard is in total disrepair. Steep porch steps with no rail - another health risk for elderly people like us. Nice community. Nice house. Just needs better care.”
