CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

THERMAS PARADISE is located in the tourist complex of Rio Quente, in the region of Warm Waters (Caldas Novas & Rio Quente). The hotel is in a prime position at the foot of the Serra de Caldas and on the shores of Rio Quente - a natural warm water river that runs through the resort. In addition to the Hot Water River, inside the condominium guests can enjoy the pools (adult and children), sauna, jacuzzi, wet bar and a large green area. Other attractions are also offered to guests such as Gym, Movie Theater, Games Room, Souvenir Shops, Snack Bar. The main attraction of the region is the Hot Park (the largest water park in Latin America) with several warm and not so hot pools, slides, slides, trails, diving, mountaineering and the mega attraction: The Cerrado Beach - a 25mil m² warm artificial beach.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The condominium is 500mts from HotPark and Rio Quente Resort;
- Guests must bring bed / bath linen (we recommend carrying pillows) and toiletries..
- The apartment has a kitchen with basic cooking utensils..
- Cleaning, water, electricity fees are already included in the daily rate (guests must wash the pans / cutlery before leaving the apartment).
- The condo does not allow pets (regardless of size).
