「We had a wonderful short stay here, we arrived before check-in but the front desk staff were so helpful in letting us store our bags until we could go to our rooms. The curtains in the room are complete black-out, which made for a very comfortable sleep. The daily breakfast supplies in the fridge that requires you to cook your eggs yourself was perfect for us, we had a fantastic breakfast without leaving the room. The hotel staff promised the charge when we checked in, but after we leave the hotel several days later, they charge additionally to our credit card. There is no reply to our email, which makes people very frustrated and disappointed at this kind of service. We would never recommend people to use this hotel in their travel. 」
