「Awesome venue and a great host. Responsive to messages. And no complaints about our stay. It was great for all ages. We had infants all the way up to adults and everyone had a great time. The views are beautiful!Only about 5 minutes from small grocery stores and about 20 minutes from a good sized HEB.」

「This cabin was such a perfect getaway home for us. We were very close to Glen Rose, it didn’t take long at all to get into town to do the activities. Property was very nice with lots of room for the kids to run around and play. They loved the swings and the daily visits from the dogs. We had never been to that area before, and it was a great experience. 」

We were secluded enough to enjoy the tranquility, but too secluded to know the property managers were looking out for us. 「Visiting relatives in pecan plantation with kids and dogs. It was a short distance there and right on lake Granbury. Water was deep and nice to swim and fish in. Enjoyed grilling out on the patio. 」

「The only thing about this is the road getting to it, really rough」

「We stayed at Tailgate Ranch while we explored the area around Glen Rose. The accommodations were fabulous and I would totally stay here again. It is in the perfect location. The sunsets on the back porch were breathtakingly beautiful. 」

「If you need a short getaway from DFW, this place is so worth it. We had everything we needed to have fun, cook, grill and relax. We will memories for a lifetime. We will definitely return very soon. Thank you!! 」
