「Room is clean & tidy, There is train, bus and tram station nearby. Near residential area hence the surrounding shops are closed quite early. Not much choice for dinner. Have daily cleaning service and lift. Air-conditioning is too cold.」

「no elevator, think twice before booking, the bed is not comfort」

「The hotel is in a very convenient location. Carrefour is right on the other side of the street. The room is also good with all needed facilities. Overall, the staying experience is good. However, house-cleaning during your stay will cost extra fees. I did not pay for that and no cleaning at all during my stays.」

「If you book a room at this hotel, be prepared: there's no way to reach the host. Not by phone, not on WhatsApp, not through the booking chat. If you can't figure out the "escape room" puzzle to open the lockbox or the door, you'll be stuck finding somewhere else to sleep for the night. And expect to pay extra for literally any service, even just leaving your bags for a couple of hours」

「The room and decor are a bit old and not as impressive as the photos on website shown」

「Walking distance to all the hot spots!」

「Overall, the hardware and facilities of the hotel are satisfactory and met my expectations. However, I encountered a couple of service issues that I believe are worth noting. Firstly, during check-in, the amount quoted by the staff was €300 higher than my confirmed booking rate. It was only after I presented my booking receipt that the correct price was applied. It is disappointing to have to manage such billing discrepancies personally. Secondly, the service at the front desk was inconsistent....
