"Our favorite part of this hotel (and it was all great) was how cleverly designed the room was in regards to storage. It seemed small and cramped when we walked in with 4 suitcases and several smaller bags but every single piece was easily and conveniently stowed away. It reminded me of how European buildings make the most of small spaces while still looking sleek and modern."
"I was upgraded to a room with two beds allowing my sister to stay. Also my sister and husband were able to park their car and trailer on the property. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean-comfortable beds"
"The pictures are old. Flowerbeds are overgrown. Bedding was filthy. 1" of dust on headboards and bathroom door is now a rolling barn door that won't stay closed. I demanded a full refund. I'm watching closely for that refund. We didn't stay there. We went to Holiday Inn express instead. Don't waste your time or money!"
"It was very loud. You get a hotel to sleep and shouldn’t have to report every loud consistent noises that are going on. Staff should be trained in keeping the place quiet for travelers.
Dog barking nonstop, cleaning ladies loud banging of doors against safety latches over and over. These are just a few things that make sleeping impossible. "
"Breakfast was meager. Only a few menu items of eggs and pancakes. No fresh fruit. No cereal.
Required a breakfast voucher. Made me feel like I was trying to steal a breakfast. Also, it was referred to as a "complimentary breakfast." In fact, I paid for it with the reservation. It was INCLUDED -- NOT COMPLIMENTARY. Would they think the bed in my room was "complimentary?" No. It was part of what I paid for. Their whole attitude exuded contempt."
