“Friendly staff and easy check-in. They gave me a little snack bag and a couple bottles of water which was very nice. The room was clean, quiet and safe. It had everything I needed for a great stay. One suggestion for a future upgrade would be to have a/c units that you can set at a certain temp. I had to get up a couple times at night to turn the a/c up or down. It did work great though and cooled the room down fast. I’ll definitely be staying here again! ”

“We had a wonderful time at the Lions Downe cabin, beautiful and expansive views up and down the river, hot tub for relaxing conversation at sun down, huge kitchen and living areas for having meals and playing games. We hope to be back again!”

“I stayed for an extended period of time. The owner and his sons live on the property, but you won’t see them very much. The property is SO peaceful, quiet, and safe. They’ve been working to improve it and so there’s some renovations and things here and there, but nothing that would make you uncomfortable or disturb you. My kids were welcomed here, and the family even helped me through an epic flat tire crisis. They have literally everything you need and then some as far as kitchen, bathroom,……

“The room was very clean and comfortable. I was just a little disappointed with the continental breakfast. I didn’t eat anything as there wasn’t yogurt or fruit. Those two things have always been at other hotels I’ve been to. I was just really surprised there was no fruit. ”
