“Our party of four adults had a great stay. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is large and functional. Off street parking is a bonus. The location is close to downtown, and the neighborhood is upscale. A really nice place to rent.”

“We stayed at the Beatles house for the Dan+Shay concert at the X.I booked the weekend incorrectly and the host was fantastic to switch it for us. The house was super cute, very clean and had some basic necessities already there for us to use. We had no issues getting Uber's to the event and back. One huge plus for us -- the house had several fans for us to use, we all like a little white noise. We hope to book again!!”

“I stayed for an extended period of time. The owner and his sons live on the property, but you won’t see them very much. The property is SO peaceful, quiet, and safe. They’ve been working to improve it and so there’s some renovations and things here and there, but nothing that would make you uncomfortable or disturb you. My kids were welcomed here, and the family even helped me through an epic flat tire crisis. They have literally everything you need and then some as far as kitchen, bathroom,……

“We had a lovely time. The house was comfortable and perfect for spending time in the kitchen and visiting with friends. The only complaint was the kitchen was pretty sparse, having some extra conveniences such as baking sheets, wine glasses, plastic wrap and tin foil would have be really nice. Also the kitchen faucet sprays all over the place which was annoying, but not the end of the world.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. I was just a little disappointed with the continental breakfast. I didn’t eat anything as there wasn’t yogurt or fruit. Those two things have always been at other hotels I’ve been to. I was just really surprised there was no fruit. ”
