“I gave one star because I was not able to stay at this hotel but ended up paying for the night.
When I was trying to make the reservation I had a lot of problems switching to the night I needed to stay, then I logged out and did it again and I thought I had the correct date but I didn’t. To make the story short I picked the wrong date.
I called the hotel and Expedia they were not able to help me to switch my reservation to the following day but ended paying again for another hotel because……
