「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「This was our first time staying at the Colony Palms and it definitely won’t be the last! The hotel is perfectly located, just 1 street off the main strip but close to many great restaurants. It’s just the right amount of quiet and because we were here on the Memorial Day holiday, there was also the right amount of festive buzz. The restaurant that sets across from the pool is so charming and the decor is beautiful. The food was not the best we’ve had, but because the environment is so wonderful...
