“I will be returning again. I love the Jacuzzi and the King suites they offer carpet or tile floor units and they very clean for the most part with non-smoking. They do offer balconies for the people that do smoke so I do love that option but I just had to have the room with the Jacuzzi.”

“The room looked just like the photos. It also looked like some upgrades had been made. Not the fanciest of places but was a perfect place to sleep after a long day on the road and after a concert in Chicago. The price was also great. Would definitely stay again if in the Chicago area. The only issue is that Google/Apple Maps has a hard time locating the facility. The staff member we spoke to said they have tried working with them but so far haven’t been successful in getting it fixed. No fault……

“We had a rocky start here because the air conditioning had been out, and the room was a steamy 87 degrees when we checked in. However, Patrick at the front desk did everything in his power to make it right, and the entire staff--from the doormen to the woman working at Starbucks--made us feel welcome. Long story short, the A/C kicked in, the room was fantastic, and we had a terrific stay in the end. We chose the Drake because we were attending a wedding at the nearby Wilder Mansion, and it……
