The biggest downside is that it sits about 5 feet off of the freeway, so regardless of room location you’re going to hear the freeway noise all night long. (But I think that’s the exact same as every other hotel in the area.) I played a white noise track on my phone and that made it bearable. Breakfast was ok— they’re trying to be fancy with two “high-tech” digital touchscreen coffee machines and that was causing long-a$$ line— but you also have a coffeemaker in your room.

Our room had no towels. We went to the front desk and was told the towels were in the dryer. When pressed i was given barg towels and habd towels but no wash clothes. I was told there were none. I asked when they would be available and the front desk person said she didnt know but that she would bring them to us. It is at this point we realized that we also had no shower curtain for the bathroom and we could not get the heater or air conditioner to work. We went back to the ftont desk and told them about the shower curtain and the ac unit. We never received a shower curtain so we could not shower and we could not get the ac unit to work. I have never been more disappointed in a stay at this chain. Up until now this would have been our gp to choice. However, after this experience we will not be returning to this chain.

To start, we got checked into room #118, upon entering the room had the most disgusting stanch of mold and paint! I spoke with a gentlemen at the counter and he followed me back and said that the smell was fresh paint bc the rooms were getting “remodeled” but moved us to room #38, what a difference no smell. The breakfast was mediocre, the orange juice was watered down, the milk was dispensed from a jug, nothing like what other breakfast places offer, the best offerings were the cinnamon rolls. However I was displeased to be told the next morning, after requesting 2 additional towels since we were a party of 4 and the room only had 2, they said unfortunately the had no towels, because they were sold out, and were waiting for everyone to check out so the could wash all the towels. My kids needed showers so my husband and I shared a the hand towels and the damp ones after my kids used the dry ones, so I gave the large towels to our kids. I wouldn’t have paid the amount of money had I known this would have happened. I was better off staying at a motel 8. I wish I could include pics of the work that room needed. I’m surprised it’s owned by such a large chain yet the rooms needed a lot of TLC.
