Mold in bathroom, broken toilet, open closet rack provided but no hangers, leaky refrigerator, hole in wall with cable line exposed, room dirty and in poor/neglected condition, poor lighting, lack of electrical outlets, faceplate missing from wall outlet and unsafe multiple outlet extender installed, door easily break into, terrible customer service, [asked for pillows - never received, asked for help with toilet -was given a plunger (SMH-I'm not a plumber!)], called location before check-in to inquire about hairdryers in room-employee uninformed on inquiry, at check-in was told my Ca. ID didn't look like me ( employee pointed out weight difference, felt uncomfortable and like I was being confronted about validy of ID), pool hours not adhered to, (gate was supposed to be unlocked at 9 am, not opened until 10:20 am, Phone and electric wires for building hanging and within arms reach (concerns for safety of building and risk guests might have if wires/cables/lines fall or are accidentally touched).
