"Historic charm! This hotel has a level of charm that newer hotels don't. The lobby and other public areas are beautiful. The pool is just right. The staff is nice (but beware that valet can be a longer wait than you want). Note this reservation was for a basic room. And, the room was very basic. The bathroom is outdated - the fixtures in the shower are probably from the 1970's. Maybe a deluxe room has more updates."

"Friendly staff, however faucet was loose, shower curtain too short which wet floor after shower & last day of stay McCloud not work. If all items are fixed, I would increase my rating to five stars."

"I wish I would have been told prior to booking that their pool and spa was under construction. That was the whole point of my booking was so I could use the pool and spa. Let was a waste of a booking. "

"Well, one we get to the property and it’s $29 a car to park which was never stated so we had to park two blocks and carry our bags all the way to the hotel. Once we arrived and got to the room, there is multiple kids upstairs running around stomping sounded like they’re playing on a jungle gym all night and then again started at 7 AM in the morning. I called multiple times to let the front desk know, and all they did was say they’re not answering the phone in the room, and it continued till we checked out very disappointed in the way the staff handled this I will never be returning, especially for the price that I paid for a room for one night in Riverside"

"Bed sucked, toilet was broke and leaking. Bathroom door didn't shut all the way, Housekeeping are rude and knocked on door early in the morning. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. "
