  • Know for its incredible hunting and fishing & LARGEST MOOSE in Manitoba! Beautiful RIVERTON. This Adorable renovated cottage in 2016 is ready for Rent! BRIGHT! FRESH & CLEAN! Located just minutes from the water. Cottage is approximately 900 sqft. Walking though you will notice warm cozy & natural finishings with pine and grove walls and ceiling, many Oak cupboards, Open style kitchen with Island and bar chairs, updated appliances & a full kitchen with stove/oven/microwave. Large bathroom with washer and dryer new shower, new sink, new toilet and new flooring throughout. Sleeps 6 people maybe 2 more with other accommodations. First bedroom has 1 Double bed and a single bed, 1 dresser for clothing, bedroom #2 has one bunk bed (queen on the bottom and single on top part) also has a dresser & closet, sofa and love seat in the living room and 1 extra folding bed ( cot). All linen is included plus 1 seat of towels for each guest.If you wish to do laundry please bring your own detergent.

    Included to use, new BBQ, patio furniture, patio gazebos Fire pit, full size newer fridge, oven, toaster, toaster oven, air fryer coffee maker, kettle, microwave, pots pans, cutlery, plates, glasses and much more…

Gina was as always a great host. The cottage is very well equipped and very clean. The kitchen has everything you would need for preparing meals with new pots and pans. There is an ice maker, a good coffee maker and a microwave. Just a few blocks away is a grocery store that has a small liquor department. They have a great selection of groceries. This is our 4th year using Gina’s property for a fishing trip for Walleye to near by Hecla Island. We will be back.

Place was very clean, well stocked with amenities and overall very comfy. We arrived at the end of a blizzard and Gina had arranged to have the snow cleared which was really well done. She is very responsive and helpful when we reached out to her.

It has been a crazy busy weekend for us, but going to a very clean and cozy home is great! It's a very place to stay with all the home amenities you can think of. Gina has graciously let us stay on her neat home. Very good communication and such a sweet lady. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

A cozy cottage.

Gina is a great host who is a great communicator and cares that the property meets and exceeds your expectations. This is the third year that a group of friends have rented this little gem as a base for an annual fishing trip. The cottage is very well equipped very clean and perfectly situated in a small town that has all the amenities if you forgot something. Thanks again and we are already booked for next year.

Great stay in Riverton

I was in Riverton for Ice Fishing and rented Gina's place for a longer stay - very clean and cozy. Gina was very acommodating.

Great option for a stay in Canada

It was a perfect house for us to stay at instead of a motel, having room while fishing in Canada to keep all of our stuff is a huge bonus. The house was fully furnished and had anything you needed at the house already! Thank you so much!

Riverton Cottage

What a great little cottage, clean well stocked with amenities and close to shops, fuel and the water. Gina, the host, was a pleasure to deal with. She was prompt in answering any questions and provided easily understood check in and check out procedures. A very great property that I will use again next year for our annual fishing trip.

Overall, my experience with this property was excellent. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly want, the owner is very contactable and I could not say anything was not as advertised. I am already planning my stay next fall at the same place.

Great location

Gina is a great host. Her property is in a great location for a fishing week and easily accommodates 5 adults. The house is well stocked with amenities and is spotless. There is a grocery store close by if you forgot anything. This is our 2nd time using the house and we are already booked for next year as well as a friend has booked a week.

Hidden Gem

We were pleasantly surprised by the big accommodations provided from this little home. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children, and were able make ourselves at home. The owner, Gina, was always quick to respond to questions and provided clear instructions. Riverton is a charming community with all the necessities near by. We spent most of our days at Sandy. Bar beach and enjoyed drinks with friends around the fire at night. I highly recommend this place for your next getaway.

We had a very nice stay....

The property on the outside...was less than desirable! The neighborhood was a bit run down! The inside of the house was BEAUTIFUL! Just like in the photos! The inside of the house was VERY nice and clean! The kitchen had EVERYTHING we could have needed in it....table settings, pans, utensils, silverware, and also towels, toilet paper, etc.... That was a blessing!! The beds were nice...we needed to bring our own sheets...which was fine... The house does NOT have wifi! The town had a gas station which is a plus... Overall...we had a great weekend...
