「Hotel is under staffed. Had two ladies responsible for cleaning the entire hotel. We didn’t arrive until after six and they originally put us in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Housekeeping took our keys and went downstairs to get us a room that was ready. Staff is very helpful just property doesn’t seem to be managed well. Also hot tub was out of service. No late check out available per front desk or you lose your deposit. Not likely to stay at this hotel again.」

「First of all, to the receptionists: the easiest thing to fix is for yall to smile at your clients. Your faces looked like the rating of this property and that explains a lot.
When you walk in, you immediately smell pee. Not sure if it was dog pee or baby pee but it was pee! There are stains up in the carpet and bags of trash out in the hallway.

「My mother and I were having some issues creating our boarding passes and the front desk agent Maya was extremely helpful. I wanted to give her a special thanks. I am a retired hotel manager myself and I know that great staffing can go a long way to giving the guests a great experience.
