"We arrived at 4 and was promptly checked in by the most pleasant and professional personnel. The room was a little “dated” but clean and totally comfortable for our needs. Renovations looked to have been rather recent. But the room was very clean. The view to the river was nice as well. We slept in and missed the breakfast but it’s nice to know it was available if needed. Great stay at what I felt was a very fair price for both BW as vendor and myself as a customer. 9/10. Would and have recommended this exact location to friends, family, and business associates. The room isn’t going to be on any episodes of exotic hotels. But for a place to unpack, shower, and sleep it was perfect. "

"My husband and I spent 4 nights here for some relaxation and sightseeing in the area. The condo was as described and perfect for our stay. The location was great with short walks to many restaurants, shops and historic sights. The parking garage was only a block away and a very easy walk. The views from the balcony were great and we were able to enjoy the activity from the half marathon that took place while we were there. Would definitely stay here again."

"Long weekend getaway in downtown Wilmington. The condo was exactly as advertised and modern. Excellent view of the river, bridges and USS North Carolina battleship. Central and easily walkable to all of the restaurants, bars, shopping, and the water walkway. This condo is on the top floor and an end unit, so there was no outside noise, which is awesome for me, as I am a light sleeper. Checking and checking out was a breeze and the owner was excellent to communicate with. Would defintely recommend this condo if you are looking to visit downtown Wilmington."
