Maison conforme à l annonce, spacieuse pour l accueil de notre groupe

Maison agréable et confortable. Spacieuse et permettant l accueil d un groupe constitué pour nous de 4 adultes et trois enfants. La cuisine est bien équipée et les chambres toutes climatisées. Les deux salles de bain sont également très appréciables. La terrasse extérieure suffisamment spacieuse pour y prendre les repas. Manque juste un aspirateur et quelques saladiers pour la cuisine. Une maison conforme à sa description et d un bon rapport qualité prix. Merci à Éric pour son bon sens relationnel.

Endroit reposant

Erick est un propriétaire vraiment gentille. Endroit très calme, on se ressource à fond, avec un voisinage vraiment sympas. Le moins de soucis Erick arrive et règle le problème. Nous avons passé un bon séjour on reviendra. Merci pour tout Erick. (Il faudrait quand vous pourrez mettre un aspirateur ). A très bientôt.

Séjour agréable au calme avec tout le confort

Nous avons passé 10 jours chez Erick et avons pu profiter du Sud de la Martinique. Située au calme, avec tout le confort, cette maison est particulièrement agréable pour sa terrasse et ses voisins fort sympathiques. Merci pour tout.

Le séjour avec mon mari, mes enfants et petits-enfants a été agréable. Erick est super sympathique.

Notre location de 28 février au 17 mars chez Erick était des plus agréable. Rien ne manquait et tout était nickel. La literie très confortable et des draps de rechange à notre disposition. La cuisine spacieuse et lumineuse. La maison, entièrement rénovée, se situe dans un cadre verdoyant très reposant. Erick est à votre écoute et se rend disponible si besoin. Nous n’etions pas trop éloignés des plages, notamment l’anse du figuier. Nous avons fait de belles balades au nord de l’ile. Les petits-enfants étaient ravis et nous également. Si un jour nous retournons en Martinique, C’est avec plaisir que nous retournerons chez Erick.

SEJOUR DE REVE! A RECOMMANDER FORTEMENT

Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances avec nos deux ados. Nous avons apprécié la situation au calme et vue sur les collines, à l'écart de la foule. Bonne implantation pour partir découvrir l'ile. L'appartement est en tout point conforme au descriptif, spacieux, très bien équipé, il ne manque rien en plus télévision, téléphone wifi..... Propriétaire vraiment sympathique et soucieux de votre bien être tout au long de votre séjour. Un seul regret n'être restés seulement que 8 nuits. Un dernier mot : Vous ne vous tromperez pas en choisissant cette location.

Un séjour de 3 semaines fort agréable et convivial. La location correspond tout à fait au descriptif énoncé, un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui n'a pas ménagé ses conseils pour nous guider durant notre séjour. Felt like the second home!

I can really recommend this apartment for everyone. The owner is very friendly and helpful also with things which aren't related to the apartment. We have also got to know with interesting neighbors and eaten together. If you are keen on learning about authentic martinican culture and people, this place is brilliant for it. You will get your own time and peace if you want it, though. The apartment itself is very clean and the kitchen well-equipped, too. Beds are big and comfortable and AC in the bedroom helps a lot! We are scandinavian, used to a bit cooler nights... The only one minus is that the apartment is quite far away from the nearest town/the beach which means that the car is MUST. (well, the car is MUST anywhere in this island). So I'll welcome you all warmly to Martinique and to Erick's apartment ;)

Très bien

La maison est toute neuve et suréquipée. La literie neuve est tout simplement parfaite. Il ne manque rien du confort moderne dans la cuisine, ni dans le salon (Tv écran plat, internet). Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette location, ou le propriétaire est des plus sympa. Je vous recommande cette adresse car bien placer sur la carte martiniquaise, belles plages à proximité. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermes.
