Propriétaires sympathiques, disponibles, location spacieuse dans la nature où nous avons profité de la végétation et de la faune. Terrasse agréable avec vue sur FORT DE FRANCE. Rien à dire, nous pouvons recommander cette location.

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Thierry et sa femme sont accueillants, très sympathiques et très discrets. On se sent bien chez eux. La terrasse est très agréable pour le petit déjeuner et le midi tout en étant à l'ombre. Nous avons très bien dormi aussi sans aucune nuisance la nuit. Très bon séjour, nous sommes ravis. Location très propre, fonctionnelle, et agréable. Bien situé, permet de partir se promener dans toutes les directions de l'île. Propriétaires très sympa et prêts à vous renseigner sur les balades ou activité sur la région. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir et recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passé trois super semaines dans l'appartement de Thierry et Monette. Le logement est totalement indépendant de leur villa. Ils ont été très disponibles pour nous tout en étant très discrets. L'appartement est propre et on s'y sent facilement chez soit! Le lieu est parfait pour découvrir la Martinique car proche des belles plages du Sud sans être trop éloigné du Nord de l'île! Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité! Nous le recommandons sans hésiter! Qui plus est Thierry et Monette sont d'une grande sympathie et nous ont accueillis de la meilleure des manières! Nous retournerons les voir à coup sûr!

Très beau et agréable séjour, tout confort, calme, propre et spacieuse. Exactement comme sur les photos. Que c'était agréable de prendre son petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur un paysage luxuriant. Nous avons été bien reçu par Mr et Me NATTES, qui sont très gentils et discret, disponible, agréable et souriant. Je vous recommande cette location. Très bien situé aussi, proche des commerces. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Mr et Me.

Excellente location, spacieuse, tranquille, propre, tout confort et idéalement située pour découvrir les plus belles plages, et des commodités (aéroport, commerces). On prenait notre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, face à un paysage luxuriant, avec des oiseaux et colibris dans les arbustes au pied de la terrasse. Accueil très chaleureux, convivial, on garde un excellent souvenir de notre séjour dans cette location.

Excellent séjour, dans une très belle maison. L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel (vaisselle, draps,serviette, clim dans chaque chambre...) spacieux et fidèle aux photos ; se lever les matins aux chants des oiseaux devant un paysage tropical luxuriant est un réel plaisir. Nous avions un doute quant à l'emplacement à petit bourg mais concrétement je pense qu'on peut difficilement être mieux placés car à la fois au sud, non loin de l'aéroport, et centralement placés, nous étions à équidistance et à une vingtaine de minutes des plus belles plages du sud :)) le pied!!. Nous pouvions également facilement accéder au nord de l'île par des petits raccourcis que Thierry se faisait un plaisir de nous indiquer. Thierry et sa famille nous ont très bien accueillis (même venus nous cherchés à l'aéroport car nous avions une voiture que le lendemain de notre arrivée et préparés un petit déjeuner en bonus pour le lendemain matin !!! ) et sont restés à la fois discret pour nous laisser notre totale indépendance. Bref, un séjour inoubliable avec une très bonne location en prime.

Très beau bas de maison situé à la campagne, idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants, ou 2 couples, facile d'accès.Très bien situé pour visiter le Sud de la Martinique, à 20min de la très belle plage de Anse Figuier, à 5 min des vendeurs de fruits et légumes de Petit Bourg et à 10,15min des centres commerciaux Carrefour et Leader Price. Thierry et Monette sont des propriétaires disponibles et très accueillants, toujours prêts à nous faire découvrir les spécialités culinaires de la Martinique sur leur terrasse avec vue sur la baie de Fort de France.

A la campagne, pas trop loin de la ville, cette villa est un lieu central pour aller aux différentes plages, proche de l'aéroport et de Fort de France. Nous avons été reçu de façon agréable; M et Mme Nattes sont des gens discrets et de bon conseil. La villa est très propre et spacieuse, tout équipé, plus la Wifi. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour. Encore merci à M et Mme Nattes

Appartement tout neuf, très spacieux et très propre, doté d'une belle décoration et d'un excellent équipement. Des fenêtres ultra-modernes, étanches et qui ferment parfaitement (avec la ventilation en option :), dignes d'un cinq étoiles : isolation parfaite assurée ! À égale distance de Sainte-Luce, du Diamant et des Trois-Îlets, des Anses-d'Arlet et de Sainte-Anne, l'appartement est idéalement situé pour explorer les plus belles plages du sud de la Martinique. Et, le plus sympathique : l'accueil très chaleureux et amical de Monette et Thierry. (Vous pouvez aller loin et vous ne trouverez pas mieux : les meilleures accras aux crevettes de l'île sont celles de Monette : un régal !) Un grand merci pour tout et très bonne continuation !!
