「The location is good,and the service is excellent,but the bathroom needs a new water tap and washing basin they are completely unusable,the hotel management should changing this immediately , breakfast is also unacceptable」

「No electric plugs anywhere near the work table nor the kitchen, nor the electric kettle. No hot water to shower on the first 3 days of my stay. No daily room cleaning. The name of the hotel is not on the front entrance, and the phone number listed is incorrect and irresponsive. Overall lousy hotel that should not be listed on Hotels.com because it lacks international standards.」

「A localização é muito boa e beneficia de ter uma parada de transporte bem proxima. No quarto so havia uma toalha, não havia papel higiênico e mesmo ao ser requisitado o serviço não foi eficiente. Durante a houve falta de agua quente ao chegarmos da rua. 」
