"Lovely, clean and spacious rooms. Wonderfully helpful staff, amazing breakfast spread with an incredibly large seating area. Two separate routes to the haram, one internal via the clock tower building or one via the external main road. Great location.. only negative is that not all lifts go to the ground floor so occasionally you get a lift which takes you to P4 and you need another lift to take you to the ground floor but that's a minor issue. "

"It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Location was very convenient. Close to Haram, food and transportation. Stayed with family (including kids) and really enjoyed our visit. Breakfast was amazing with several menu options and a panoramic view of Masjid e Nabawi. Staff was very helpful and resolved any issues with housekeeping. Will highly recommend it and would love to stay there again."

"We recently went for Umrah in Makkah and stayed at the Voco Hotel. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is still new, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. One of the biggest conveniences was the 24/7 shuttle bus service to the Haram, which made going back and forth extremely easy and stress-free. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose Voco again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"
