“地點四周圍乾淨有商場食肆， shopping冇乜選擇，酒店不算很新淨，廁所毛巾感覺有點舊，這一區街道不能抽煙的，在酒店旁邊畫了一個吸煙區。全幢酒店房間不能抽煙，如被發現者罰款一萬元披索。”

“1.location is pretty convenient. around 5-10 mins to SM mage mall by walk. 2.room is so clean. they take it very professional. 3.facilities in gym are very various and fulfill my need in excercise. 4.breakfast is good but so so. 5.dinner in lounge is affordable and very convenient for biz tourist if they are back late. In general this is a very good hotel in Manila metro. and good for business trip.”

“The receptionist is late to check in guests esp if it is queueing. They tend to remind the guest to wait further until they complete with the others. Technically I was checked in 14:50 which is just 10 mins away from spending hour waiting but when asked if they can adjust the check out a BIG NO”

“The room is big and clean. The front counter is helpful and friendly. There are plenty of nice restaurants around the area. Breakfast is simple but enough for me.”

“房間跟照片不一樣, 而且房間沒有插頭,手機無法充電, 冷氣機很大聲, 好像戰車一樣, 早上在走道碰到服務生 請他幫忙清理房間換浴巾，結果服務生居然說 沒有這種服務 態度好差啊! ”

“非常乾淨，廁所和沖涼房是分開的，員工很友善！距離商場非常近，十分方便！這個價錢十分值得！不過唯一缺點是隔音比較差，會聽到旁邊房間說話”

“I was ecstatic to stay here until I opened the door to the apartment provided. It was infested with roaches. It was on the floor, on the bed on the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. I attempted claim a refund but obviously we know how the world works.. although expedia, as a company you have the power to remove a property from your sites. At this point if i cant get my money back at least save someone else from this hell hole”
