Good location, poor service

House is in a great location with nice but small pool. Had a number of issues which weren’t helped by the owner not attempting to help with translation. We’d been told by vrbo that a high chair would be provided but the owner said he’d told Vrbo no high chair, after a fuss the owner found a high chair. We were rushed into signing the rules and information document at check-in and weren’t given time to translate it, therefore unfortunately had not realised we were supposed to clean the house before leaving (we left it tidy but hadn’t cleaned bathrooms etc). 80€ was taken off our deposit to cover cleaning. We enjoyed our holiday but if Vrbo are letting out accommodation to other nationalities they should try and ensure the owners are reasonable people and that a little support with translation is available. Would not recommend property.

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Weindorf Roaix

Es war ein toller Urlaub in Roaix. Von hier aus haben wir tolle Ausflüge gemach. Berge, Mount Vertoix, oder nach Fontaine la Vaucluse, Haus ist auch mit Hund klasse, alles eingezäunt. Was wir auch toll fanden waren die Fliegengitter und die elektrischen Aussenrollos, die große überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool. Schöner Garten mit Olivenbäumen. Einziger Nachteil war die Straße mit Durchgangsverkehr, hat aber nicht so gestört, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren und es abends und am Wochenende ruhiger war. Top die 3 wunderschönen Weindörfer in 5-10 Autominuten Seguret, Sablet und Gigondas. Hier kommen die Top Weine der Provence her. Wir waren bereits zum 2.Mal in diesem Haus und können es empfehlen!
