"Don't accept a stay in Room #105. The exterior door leading into building at end of hall slams and can be a real bother if traffic is high. There are no directions for use of tv control devices. All controls are not alike."

"No coffee maker in room. Hot water didn’t work at all the first day. Apparently this is an on going problem and should be corrected once and for all. Very inconvenient not to have a shower for our business trip. Breakfast was muffins and bagels, nothing hot. Hotel is clean and quiet."

"The check in process left much to be desired. The desk clerk was not at the desk when we arrived. When she did come out, she was trying to manage a room crisis while checking us in. She was clearly overwhelmed by both tasks. As a result, our check in went poorly with rushed instructions and no discussion ..."
