“The pool was closed, much to our disappointment. There was notice of pool being closed when booked and staff said it was on the Website putting blame on us. They did refer us to the 3 public pools, one of which was closed and the other 2 had an unknown wait time for over capasity. The YMCA requires membership, which the staff misinformed us about.”

“The rooms are very clean and well laid out. The entire staff that interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than typical hotel fare. Close by restaurants and shopping.”

“Was dirty stains on the carpet stains on the cover of the sofa bed. It had a binge smell to it whispered for breeze in there couldn’t shake the smell. I just kind of lingered there. Bathroom door did not close and secure so you could not lock it it could just be pushed open at any time as they didn’t lineup to even close iron was broken. Phone wouldn’t dial out amenities. Very lacking pull down and not listed on the website it’s summer for one of the plans was to use the hotel pool, which is why……

“We were traveling to visit the NC Zoo and was able to stay less than 10 minutes away. When we checked in, the front desk attendant, Amber was very friendly and helpful each time we came to ask a question or for assistance. The continental breakfast was good but there were so many people in the area, it was uncomfortable to enjoy the breakfast. Maybe if the dining area was just a little bit larger, it would accommodate more families comfortably.”

“We paid for a king bed and got a room with double beds so our stay started off bad holes in the sheets and pillow cases”

“The room was dated but very clean. The check-in process was a little weird. We arrived after 10pm and had to speak to the staff and slide my credit card and driver's license through a bank-like window. I understand the security, but then the entrance door to the hall area where rooms are located was open and did not require you to scan your card to enter. Just a little strange. All in all, it was quiet, very clean and served its purpose for a restful night.”

“There were spider web above one of the beds and 2 spiders, one on the ceiling right above one bed and the other on towards the the end of the wall where the other bed is at. When we told the person at the front desk, there was nothing she could do. I asked for a broom, i killed them myself. The beds move when leaned on, I almost fell. One tiny bar of soap, a tiny bottle of shampoo, and a tiny bottle of cream. We booked a room for two adults. Clearly that was not enough. I would NEVER recommend……

“The WiFi was not a safe site. The Motel computer was not functioning. The continental breakfast was poor. No plain oatmeal cereal. Few food and fruit selections. Air conditioning for the room was very good. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.”
