Renovated home with a modern yet cosy finish.

Located near the local mountain bike track and in a quiet cul-de-sac making this property perfect for your next family holiday.

Four well appointed bedrooms all with built in robes. Two bathrooms, one newly installed to the shed outside. Access can only be made from the outside making this the perfect area to clean sandy feet after a day of relaxing at the beach.

Let the kids run wild in the enclosed back yard while you relax in the undercover entertaining area. With grassed and paved areas to the yard where you can feature in friendly or competitive games of back yard cricket.

In the evenings you can take a short 650m walk to the local Ski Lake with the family and enjoy the piece and quiet that this beautiful town has to offer.

Too cold to go walking or bike riding then relax in front of the wood fire and watch a movie!!

Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all of our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guests responsibility to advise the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.

Overall great place

Overall we had a great stay and plenty of room for 2 families to share the house for the week. Location was great, easy drive or walk into the main street and easy and quick access to 4WD paths. However the house was not as clean as we would expect on arrival and everyday supplies such as dish cloths were limited considering families come to stay.

Pest control

Prompt and efficient communication by the property manager. We found the property clean & tidy, however needs pest control. Found critters inside and a massive centipede in the toilet(lucky the kids were not using it). Barring the unwelcome crawly residents had a good time relaxing.

Holiday house big enough for family and friends

Nice house to stay with family and friends, big enough to accomodate both kids and grownups. Could be perfect if maintenance was done better. Some facilities, like some of the fly screens and the shower head in the internal bathroom require immediate repair.

Quiet, comfortable and functional

The house is located in a cul-de-sac, and consequently there is no problem with noise or any disturbance.. The house is very well maintained and all furnishings and fittings are of a very high standard. We were five adults and a thirteen year old and we all found the house comfortable and very functional. The location is reasonable in that it is a five minute walk to the supermarket and a fifteen minute stroll down along the main street to the Robe Marina. Hence, we were able to enjoy most of the many things that Robe has to offer without using our cars.
