Long Beach holiday house

Modern 4 bedroom house located only 500m from the amazing Long Beach. This property has plenty of room for the whole family including visitors. Bedroom 1 with 1 queen bed, bedroom 2 with 1 queen bed, bedroom three with double bed and bedroom 4 with double bed. Linen & towels are supplied. Huge open plan living dining/lounge/kitchen. Undercover patio area with BBQ and outdoor setting. Property has a boost button for extra hot water in the meter box, if you run out. Fully self contained with dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. Great home great location - what more could you ask for! No pets allowed.
Linen & towels are supplied. Please note the garage is not available to guests.

What to Bring- Our properties are fully self-contained, and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid, dish tablet, dish cloth, soap, and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only allow one towel per person. T-towels are provided. Please note we do not make up the bunk beds in any of our properties. Things you will need to bring or purchase throughout your stay: Beach towels, Hair Dryer, Laundry powder (front loading powder is great for top loaders as well as front) Extra bathroom/beach towels and face washers if items supplied listed above do not suit your needs. Throughout your stay you will need more toilet paper, soap and dishwashing products.

Robe weekend

Nice, neat and tidy property. Was perfect for a weekend getaway. All the extra items you could want were there. Thanks for having it set up perfect for walk in/walk out.

Not recommend for large groups with kids

We had a group of 8 adults/1 kid over 4 and 3 babies under 2. We arrived and the first thing noticed was the back yard was not as pictured. Absolutely no grass and full of dirt and overgrown weeds. Called the property manager and they arranged someone to come and mow the next day, which helped slightly but with prickles and weeds the kids were unable to play on it which was very disappointing. Second issue - both rubbish bins were full with excess garbage bags on the ground (we arrived after bin day so no excuse really). Again called the property manager and they arranged a collection for 2 days later but we had to lug all the excess garbage and bin bags to the kerb which had been sitting there quite a while as it was all stinky and rotten and one bag had disintegrated and we were left to pick up the mess. Third - the hot water ran out after only 7 adults had a morning (short shower - no washing of hair etc.) and there was a timer installed so the water doesn’t reheat until off peak time (overnight). This resulted in us not being able to bath our kids or rinse off after a long day at the beach before going out to dinner. Not acceptable really considering we weren’t even at the house capacity and the kids shared a bath? That was the biggest sire point to be honest. Overall, property managers helped as they could but the property is definitely not up to scratch to cater for large groups and shouldn’t be advertised as such. Beds were comfortable but wouldn’t stay again.

Short Getaway for Mum's 70th.

Great property, well located to Long beach. Due to the poor mobile coverage inside the property it would have been good to have wifi. Otherwise the property was fantastic.
