“Perfect stay for a ASU graduation. Only down fall were the beds... not to comfy”

“1. The photos on the Expedia web site are fake. At least 20 years old. 2. The room was dirty. 3. No hot water. No toilet paper. 4. The refrigerator was unplugged and moved away from an electrical outlet. I had to move it. 5. The mattress on one bed squeaked whenever I sat or laid on it. 6. The A/C unit thermostat was so dirty from cigarette smoke that I had to clean it so I could move the switch from heat to cool. I had to get the proprietor to fix it. 7. “Bathroom floor by shower could use a good scrubbing with bleach and carpet had spills on it, light bulb missing from lamp which made it really hard for me to read in the room. Only had a tiny bit of toilet paper left on roll but luckily there was one spare roll. Shower was extremely slippery with no rubber mat to put down so we used a bath towel to prevent falling in shower. Nice other than these few issues.”

“I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a bad experience but this time around was rough. We called at noon and asked for an early check in. They said we could check in at 1. We went at 2 and it wasn’t ready. We said we’d just be back at 3 for normal check in time. We walk into our room and they cleaner is in there still. She said it would be another 15 mins. We waited in the car. Finally at 3:35 she was done. We go in and got settled. We had to tiptoe in the room bc the floors were wet. There……

“The staff was courteous. Big soccer weekend and soccer mom’s were taking all the snacks that should have been guests breakfast. Older, could use new carpet in the elevator, but overall served our needs. ”

“The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Beds were good. The whole place smelled clean, the lobby and the rooms. There is a pretty good breakfast buffet, but waffles are the only hot food. They do run a little "store" at the front desk with snacks and microwavable items. There are no amenities though. No pool or weight room. Easy access to the highway. For just a quick overnight stay where all you're looking to do is sleep, you really can't do better.”

The shower door was jammed and unable to open. There was nobody on property to contact although there was a person we could call. She was helpful but filling in for regular staff.
