"Outdated "

"I have a service animal. That was no problem. They would probably charge for pet normally, clean room easy access. Good price,The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. But it's so reasonable it didn't really matter to me."

"Parking was difficult. Loading/Unloading needs a dedicated spot near entrance and exit to rooms."

"Was very disappointed in the service here. Called up and confirmed we had a 1st floor room due to my father in law being in a wheel chair and knee scooter after falling and shattering his ankle. When we got there we were on the second floor, no elevator, and they refused to switch our rooms since we booked thru a 3rd party booking site. Not ADA compliant at all!!!"

"The key to my door never worked. I had to go to the front desk anytime I needed to get into my room. "
