"The bedding is pretty good. Some of the towels are too old. The shower is very strong. I enjoyed the spa-ike shower but felt too much water was used. Over all, a nice place at this price during UCLA move in. Close to the shopping center and restaurants."

"Cute hotel. Fit our needs for one night. Good AC. Friendly staff. Could hear neighbors when they arrived but wasn't an issue overnight. Shower stream was not adjustable and kinda harsh. Hotel has some cosmetic wear especially in bathroom but again was fine. Convienent to UCLA. Enjoyed Italian restaurant within walking distance."

"I arrived in California early because we had a full day planned, and my son also had some work he needed to get done. We made it to the hotel around 11:30 a.m., so I asked if there was any chance of an early check-in. To my surprise, they checked us in RIGHT AWAY at 11:30am with no extra charge! I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel that accommodated an early check-in that early without charging a fee. That alone started our stay off on the right foot! The gentleman who checked us in was such a delight. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves recognition! He was kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely pleasant. What really confirmed the level of service for me was later at the pool, when another guest randomly mentioned how great the staff was during a general conversation. When other guests are saying the same thing without even being asked, you know the customer service is TOP-NOTCH. The rooms were very nice, and I absolutely loved the elegant rooftop and pool area. The hotel is also in a GREAT central location close to the airport and within a reasonable distance of Universal Studios, Santa Monica Beach, and other places we wanted to visit. My only disappointment was the carne asada tacos at butterfly restaurant at the pool- definitely needed more flavor and seasoning, but honestly, that was the only real downside of my stay. Overall, I was extremely pleased with this hotel."
