"After my check out and well into my vacation road trip, I received a charge on my credit card of $300 US without any prior warning. I called and was informed they found a wet matress and they gave me an email address for complains..... I drove back to clarify the situation and after a while they concluded they mixed up the room numbers and got refund .... So they charge w/o warning, the burden is on you to prove them wrong and to get back your money. I lost 4 hours on my vacation trip .... "

"Now my favorite hotel in LA. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was wonderful. Onsite restaurant Lumiere was fantastic. Will definitely be staying here again."

"Stayed for the LAM. It is very close to shuttles and finish line. Room had a microwave coffee maker and fridge perfect for race prep. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a sliding door to the sink area which my husband appreciated with the 0400 wake up and get ready. Got a cookie from the cafe on the first floor and bc it was broken they gave us two cookies. It was tasty. My husband while waiting for me to finish had coffee and a lemon loaf on the cafe and he said it was good. I’d recommend the room if you need to be in the area "

"DO NOT stay here. Believe the negative reviews. The positives are this place is in a great location, the building is modern, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a plus too. That’s about it. I had a shorter stay but still had to deal with issues that could’ve easily been addressed but took too long to get right by management. When I arrived, I was informed by another guest that there was no hot water. When the issue was ‘fixed’ hot water was only coming out of the sink in my bathroom, the shower was still cold. Before that, the Wi-Fi went out so it was difficult for everyone to work/connect etc.The next day, the electricity turned off apparently due to ownership/managements negligence of properly managing the place. Any maintenance person who came by to resolve issues either hadn’t heard from the company or had no idea what they were doing. It’s more of a money grab situation than anything else. Unless you’re ok dealing with problems EVERYDAY, I would NOT recommend. I repeat: don’t do it. "
