“The host met me when I missed a turn and escorted me to the cabin. He explained everything, gave me a tour, and has a wonderful personality. The cabin is very private, clean, and so cozy. I loved it! The area was proper, too. The cabin was stocked with utensils, dishes, soap, and just about everything you need when you prepare meals. It was a great way to ring in the new year! Thanks!”

"As someone who travels extensively and stays in all types of hotels, from luxury to budget, I found the complete lack of basic professional courtesy from the front desk staff quite surprising. There were no smiles, and basic polite words like "thank you" or "please" were absent. While my expectations for facilities, cleanliness, and Wi-Fi are aligned with the hotel's price and star rating, this fundamental lapse in service was genuinely disappointing and regrettable. This was, frankly, the first time in my very extensive travel history that I've encountered such a consistently cold reception."
