"My family and I loved this place. We caught 3 catfish in about 35 brim. All of them good eats. This place was relaxing and had everything we needed. We loved it so much. We stayed an extra day( with permission) would love to come back!The Tough Wilson family."

"The property itself is beautiful. The home is comfortable and is well maintained. The downstairs is an apartment almost to itself. It has a separate bedroom and bathroom a little refrigerator a game room a huge TV and the middle floor is beautiful. The main floor has a full kitchen, although you will have to take your own paper towels, cleaning supplies and spices, including salt and pepper.Other than the air fryer was dirty. I had to clean before I could use it and the outside grill was also dirty. It took me about 40 minutes to clean that.The upstairs has two separate bedrooms and its own bathroom, wonderful shower and laundry room although you will have to take your own soaps, including shampoos conditioners and laundry soap. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has bunkbeds in it and sleeps four. the other bedroom has a nice big bed and there are TVs in all the bedrooms. Lots of space for everyone to have their own privacy. There is a really nice screened in porch off the living room downstairs and a balcony.The host was very responsive answered my questions and was very nice to talk to.There is no water in the lake, so there is no access to the lake from the property. Hartwell has lowered the amount of water in the lake, so the dock was sitting in the mud. And the rest of the lake was just grass.Other than having no lake access, I would definitely recommend this house. It’s a beautiful place to gather together with family and have a nice visit."

"Overall, the property was good for our group of 15. The dock was on the water and easily accessible with a boat from the marina. Only a few things would have made the stay more inviting. The patio furniture was covered in leaves and spiderwebs. If we would have had a leaf blower to do it ourselves, we would have. Also, the lake water level was 9 ft low, so we had to walk through some mud to get to and from the dock. Infortunately did not have access to a water faucet or hose outside in the back of the house to clean our muddy feet prior to entering the house."
