「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「From the start of the stay to the end, it was a wonderful experience at Argos Hotel. The front of hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and dealt with any questions quickly both via email, and in person. Room was clean, tidy, well-lit and double bed was huge - definitely request one. A cot was also offered (and provided) 'just in case', and didn't take up much space. Cleaning staff were super friendly as well and did a great job. 「This hotel is convenient for clubbing activities in pacha and you can have free entrance as hotel guest. The downside is that it can be very noisy at night as the sound proof system is not good. You can hear all sorts of noises in the middle of the night. The price is not cheap for this quality.」
