「The facility had everything you would need for an extended stay including washing machine, toaster, pans and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, etc. There were plenty of rooms on a couple floors. The hardest part was getting checked in and finding the building while speaking English and being from out of country. If you speak Italian and have phone service in Italy, you should be fine. Otherwise, plan a little extra time to get checked in. You park outside the little medieval...

「Modern Villa in the historical Italian countryside. Close to Oratino and well suited for 4 couples or larger family. Property manager responded quickly and the home was immaculate. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well as other amenities.」

「From the get go, Alessandro & Ida were great with communication. Our flight was considerably late but Alessandro waited for our arrival and gave us a mini tour despite the time was past midnight. We were shown around the wonderful grounds, pool and whole house. We were also greeted with pasta and passata plus breakfast bits and cold drinks in the fridge. 「We were visiting relatives in nearby Sanpolomatese and this was a fantastic option. The host was lovely and the place had everything we needed and more. Plus it was in a great location. Near restaurants, grocery store, museums and more. (Walking distance). If you have a car parking is a bit of an issue but the host helped out a lot and couldn’t have been any nicer. Overall great experience.」
