Great family holiday
Super property and very attentive host. Property is very large and well equipped. Set on a hill it has fantastic views and makes the most of the setting with sun trap / pool and beautiful tended gardens. We had great weather in late September and travelled daily to Rime for the Ryder cup which was about 1hr by car. Wider towns have restaurants and food / markets and not plagued by tourists

Great stay!
We stayed here for 10 nights, 6 adults and 6 children. Very happy with our stay, the house was great, and the size of property and pool made it not feel crowded with 12 people. Lorenzo was a great host, and always helpful and quick to respond!

The most amazing property. Fantastic pool and view. Lorenzo the host was so helpful and friendly. The whole family loved the property and we would all 100% recommend it. Everything we needed had already been thought of and supplied by Lorenzo Intend to revisit in the near future as we enjoyed the stay so much

Perfect for a family gathering
This was a beautiful and comfortable home. A thoughtful approach was obvious as we discovered indoor and outdoor toys and a rather fancy red motorbike! The difference between good and excellent is always the size of the bath towels thank you Lorenzo

Great holidays in a beautiful surroundings
I usually do not write reviews unless a property is really great or really bad. In this case almost everything was fantastic. The villa is very comfortable, easy to live in, very practical and arranged with a great taste. We had some issues with electricity but everything was taken care by our host almost immediately. The pool was top class and probably I have not stayed in any other house/villa with such great pool. Three families with children spent two great weeks there.

Bel endroit calme pour des vacances en famille, la maison spacieuse bien équipée et très agréable il ne manquait rien. La piscine bien grande et que dire des extérieurs magnifiques. Tout était parfait. Lorenzo, Irene et Elena nous ont accueilli et étaient toujours dispo pour nous guider et nous conseiller. Merci à eux d'avoir rendu notre séjour agréable. Natale in Sabina
Ci siamo trovati benissimo!!! Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere il natale tutti insieme in questa fantastica villa. Eravamo 12 persone ed ognuno ha sempre avuto il suo spazio, perché la villa è molto grande e soprattutto ben disposta negli spazi. Curatissima nei dettagli e nella pulizia, la villa è accogliente e ti fa sentire il calore di casa ma con tutte le comodità di un albergo!!! Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, dimostrando un grande senso di ospitalità. È stato un natale fantastico e la villa e lo scenario naturalistico hanno contribuito a renderlo tale. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Esperienza bellissima
Siamo stati in questa splendida casa in agosto con i nostri figli e altre due famiglie di amici con bambini. Ci sono grandi spazi per tutti e la casa arredata con cura ed eleganza. All'esterno c'è tanto spazio e una bella piscina in cui ci siamo rilassati a lungo e abbiamo intrattenuto i bambini. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili con noi. Esperienza assolutamente consigliata!
