“The general manager made the decision to have the carpets cleaned in every room the morning that I arrived. I was warned that the carpets were damp but this was a good thing as it indicated they were clean. The carpets were not clean but were very wet and the odor was horrible. I had to wear shoes the entire stay.
I have made 4 attempts to reach the GM but he has not been on property and has not returned my calls. I was told that over 40 guest coomplained about the carpets.”

“This property made for an excellent stay! From the moment we walked after a long day at the ball parks, we were greeted first, not by a team member but the pleasant smell of a clean aroma that wafted through the automatic doors. The staff was equally welcoming and the rooms were very clean. In the morning, the lady that was facilitating the breakfast was very kind and greeted all guests, ensuring that everyone had what ever they needed. This is definitely worth the stay if you are in the area. ”
