Convenient, restaurants nearby, clean, nice outdoor area however the showers are poorly designed. You have to get into the shower to turn the water on so you get blasted by cold water!

Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me.

The rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. They helped us arrange transportation to the airport as we had an early flight outside of their shuttle time. Although we had to pay for it, the cost wasn’t outrageous.

Beautiful location around a courtyard, we could hear and see the birds, and no traffic noise from the highway. What I would have liked to see is a full length mirror in the room so that the others in a party can get ready without three people trying to use the mirror at the bathroom counter, that area is just too congested.

Hot water did not work. Property obviously rather old and not well-maintained. Couldn't get hot water in the sink. Bathtub was a bit better but not much. Couldn't get hot water unless you left it running a long time, and then quite uneven. If you turned it off, couldn't get hot water gain. Property also smelled musty and old. When management sent the pro forma email asking for feedback, I described these problems, Then I never heard back, and this was ore a week ago. Management obviously doesn't really want feedback.
