The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms were very clean. The free breakfast was a very nice added feature. Hotel had a very positive vibe, with a board containing positive affirmations when you walked in that said, "take what you need!" I would definitely recommend and would stay again when in Rochester.

Room was clean. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Tv didn’t work at first, and the front desk lady came to help but she had no idea how to work it. Breakfast do not have many option available. Every morning for my 3 night stay around 7:40am a car was parked outside of the Perkins blasting music.

Always been very, very happy with our stay here. Staff is kind, considerate & the location welcoming & homey. Was disappointed this time in most of the hot breakfast portion (coffee, eggs, bacon, sausage gravy). Not sure if new staff but wasn’t prepared well, and these items tasted funny.
