This 4 bdrm, newly renovated home is perfect for friend & families to hang out, play games, spend time with each other & make beautiful memories. Take your boat out to Charlotte & Durand beaches on our amazing Lake Ontario so you can spend your day boating & basking in the sun. Enjoy great food & entertainment in a vast of local friendly restaurants. A short distance to Seabreeze amusement park & water rides. Awesome!!

Nice home in Irondequoit
Very nice home with any amenities you would need. My granddaughter enjoyed roasting marshmallows in firepit out back. Home was a short drive to Zoo, Durand Eastman Park, Ontario Beach and Abbotts Custard. Would definitely recommend this home.

Quiet neighborhood near Lake Ontario
A nice place for a family getaway, near Lake Ontario (within walking distance to a small beach area), 10 min from amusement park, and easy day trip to other Rochester area attractions. A bit of an older home, most noticeable of which was uneven / sloping floors throughout, but furnishings and decor updated with a nice casual home feel.

Stayed at this comfortable beach house for a week while visiting family in the Rochester area.
The house was a perfect launch pad for trips to beautiful Lake Ontario beaches and visits with family. The beds were super-comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. Sitting on the front porch in the mornings with my coffee listening to the birds chirping was a highlight! Already looking forward to our next visit.

This house was just what we needed to be near our family during a busy weekend wedding. The house was clean and pleasant, located within walking distance to the marina, lake and a short drive to shops. Very pleasant!
