  • Interior photos to follow in a day or so it's also on another similar site but have had numerous issues with them so now on VRBO - Located in Brighton-Rochester, this Dog Friendly, restored 1875 house offers plenty of space with four comfortable bedrooms, including one king bed and three queen beds. 2.5 clean bathrooms, 2024 composite deck off dining room with large fenced in yard for safety of kids or dogs and many table and chairs out there in warmer months, parking for 5 vehicles, side porch with 2 grills, + Traeger Smoker, and small table with 2 chairs, heated garage for comfy in and out of house, seating for 14 people in kitchen/dining area, corner lot on 2 relatively busy streets but quiet inside, large 2 acre lot if want to walk dogs, dishes for 8, may pots and pans and all silverware, new oven and microwave and fridge, all condiments for cooking...THIS IS MY HOME AND I GO TO MY LOG HOUSE IN THE CATSKILLS WHEN I HAVE GUESTS, TREAT IT LIKE YOUR OWN
