I stay two nights , not even cleaning room service , and have to go to front desk to ask more toilet paper, when you take breakfast, one staff just stand over at breakfast room to stare you to make you feel like you are theft not guest .

Room is dirty, a lot dusts, no shampoo refill and no enough toliet paper. The worst is no exra blanket provided. When I ask the front desk for blanket I was told they do not have one. Breakfast service is discountinued.

The employee when asked about the change just stated there was an "incident" and that management stopped it, without further explanation. I got this room because on their website it showed that breakfast was included. When I got there, I was told no breakfast so that was a major dissappointment but even worst was how disgusting the room was. The bathroom had mold around the tub and the ceiling where chipped and pealing everything needs updating the sink was broken. I can't believe that the Wyndham name is attached to this because I am used to staying at Wyndham hotels and been very happy with them. Don't stay here its really bad.

Warning! The no longer have a Breakfast. That is why we booked this one. Even on their own website it says they have Breakfast. All they serve is coffee and juice. The air was set on 63 degrees, which the night clerk couldn't get it to warm up.

We chose this hotel because they offered breakfast, when we got there they said they had discontinued breakfast service. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work. When I reported our problems upon check out, the front desk clerk didn’t seem to care.

Bed bugs!!! First off, the continental breakfast has been discontinued and the vending machines were out of order. Then we found a bed beg crawling across the sheet of the bed, I wish I could upload the photo of it but there isn’t an option to add photos. The staff did nothing. Not even a discount for having disgusting bed bugs. I would never stay there again.
I was able to upload the photo of the bed bug that was in our bed! So gross!
