“We had a great time! The host gave us great instructions on how to use everything when we arrived. Was quick to respond if I had any questions or concerns. We didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit but it was nice to have it available. We would stay here again”

“Our stay at Woodsy Retreat was magical! Woodsy Retreat is a clean, cozy, comfortable nest in a rain forest setting. We were greeted by chorusing tree frogs as we walked down the path to the entrance, then felt the warmth of the gas-fired fireplace as we opened the door. There was an abundance of snack foods, a loaf of freshly baked bread, sumptuous pastries, assorted hot beverages and cheeses for a continental breakfast, and wine and beer. We enjoyed playing pool, the very comfortable beds,……

“Lake access was easy. Lake was clean and refresh for middle of September. Hot tub was fantastic with lake view especially at night. Bed was super comfortable. Loved the bathroom. Very modern updated functional furniture and appliances. Would definitely stay again. Host was responsive with questions we had. The only thing distracting you from the quietness and calm of the setting is the train that is very close and the blaring of the horn. When inside with all windows and doors……
