「The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future! 「The property was spotless and well decorated Off road parking was good Prompt repayment of deposit However We were sent the wrong entry code which was frustrating but there was prompt comms through text to get us in We marked the amenities down because it needs more glasses tumblers and mugs Finally confirmation that ID and deposit had been received would have been good」

「An outstanding property, I couldn’t fault this place. Very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host was very professional at check in. Very secure for parking. I will definitely stay here again if visiting the area. Shops only 5 minutes walk. A true home from home feel from start to finish」

「Great apartment just 5 mins walk to the pier with all of its attractions. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. If I was going to Clacton again I would have no hesitation in staying here. 」

「The flat was exactly as described and there were plenty of utensils and crockery for a short stay. It is located directly opposite the beach and the view is superb. Everything is a few minutes walk away, which was fantastic as I don't have a car. The owner was easy to reach and responded promptly. I would highly recommend. 」

「Was very disappointed. Labelled ‘entire apartment’ ‘kitchen’ ‘1 bathroom’. It’s not an apartment it’s a room. Then it’s a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. Not cheap, so I consider it mis-selling and have complained as such.」

「Fantastic location, easy access and great communication, however we found the apartment needed supplies such as dish towels, paper towels, a spare roll of toilet paper. The condo also needs a complete thorough cleaning. Surfaces are clean, but the walls and ceilings are very dirty.」

「Proximity to the station is the best feature. Several negatives including plenty of ants, deferred maintenance, small beds and bathrooms, minimal towels, disconnected fire alarm, access through a small alley, minimal furniture, slow WiFi, inoperable TV, etc..」
